this is a animal book about the wild and dangerous animals. If you like birds and other animals you should read this book!!!!!!!!
If i were in grade 5 i would have voted for Wild animals in Captivity bacause it is a very intresting and awsome book because it talks about things i never had thought of .It makes me think of so many questions .
If i were in grade 5 i would have voted for Reading the bones in second place because it was boring in the beginning ,but then it got more intrestingin the middle and end.i would have voted for the man with the otter medicine because it was boring , but i still liked it because it was intresting that they had no food , so they went to medicine man for help.
My first favorite book is Wild Animals in Captivity then my second favorite book is Reading The Bones and if I were to be a Gr. 4 my least favorite book is The Old Man With Otter Medicine.
I choose Wild Animals in Captivity my first favorite book because it was so intersting and wanted me to help save animals more and made me waant to think critically when I go to the zoo.
I choose Reading The Bones 2nd because it was sort of boring and fun at the same time.
I choose The Old Man With Otter Medicine the last because I thought it was very boring.
I would totally recommand the book Wild Animals in Captivity and Reading The Bones but I don't think I would recommand The Old Man with Otter Medicine because it's boring.
If I was to vote on Wednesday I would vote Wild Animals because it's the best book I've ever read.
Also the part I liked about Reading the Bones is all the chapters except for chapter 3. I mostly liked the parts when Peggy and her aunt didn't have a good relationship.
Which book is my favourite
I like wild animals in captivity the best because it gives me information about wild animals and what the animals do and how they feel in zoos.I would vote for the Old Man and the Otter Medicine the second because i think it is very interesting and i love these kind of fiction tales.i would vote for Reading the Bones last because i don't like books about mysteries.
I like the book named wild animals in captivity.Because i can have lots of information about animals. I can know their feelings and understand them and also, about how much ther are important and miserable.
Why should they be there?
How would we feel if we are in a small cage and let others look and laugh at us? would it feel good?
Some animals are stressed out and thy chew themselves and do anything to themselves.
I can know animals' feelings from this book a lot so I chosed this book the best.
If I were in grade 5 I would say my top 3 books would be 3 the old man with the otter medicine because it has a simple topic and is very short but reaches your soul.As my second choice I would chose reading the bones besause it is a long story and makes you eager to turn the page.It is also very mysteryous. My top 1 choice would be wild animals in captivity because it tells us how mutch wild animals suffer in captivity.
I dont think animals should be kept in captive zoos because animals need freedom.Next time i go to zoos im going to think more carefully.Should animals be here?do they have things to play with? I never knew elephants need to walkover 4 miles per day!Some ani mals are so frusturated that they chew they chew their own fingers!
I like wild animals in captivity because, it makes me think should there be zoos, or what zoos are good and what zoos are bad.It is also good to make many coments at how animals are being treated.
If I was a grade 5 I would vote for animals in captivity because I thought animals were happy in zoo's.Now I care were animals are put in and that is why I would vote for wild animals in captivity
My other opinion would be reading the bones.I like the book reading the bones beacause it is about a man's pass life.The cool part is that you have to read the bones to find out someone's pass life.My theird vote would be the old man with the ottar's medicine because it was confusing and then it started to get interesting with the man turning into an ottar to try and get the fish.
I like this book because it tells me about how wild animals feel in zoos,and how they feel when they are in the wild. I am sure that they would be happy to be in the wild
,to hunt by them self,and not to be in cages .I do not want wild animals to be in zoos I want them to be free and to be wild ,am sure that you would not want to be in zoos,so read this book!
Then I would pick reading the bones,because it is interesting,then I would pick the man with the otter medicine,it tells me how they get foods.
My favourite silver birch book is wild animals in captivity because you learn about how animals feel in captivity and you learn when you want to go to the zoo you'll accually know how they feel when you go there i also have different reason why i like the book is becausegives alot of information about animals.So now i know how animals feel so i will care about animals more and i like this betterthanthe other because i feel bad for the animals and it is intresting because it take about animals i captivity and in the wild. my second favourite book is reading the bones because it is very interesting because its sad,cool,adventurous and because reading the bones is also interesting.there are parts that are fiction and parts that are non fictoin. Tuk in the whale is my 3rd favourite because in the first part it is sad,happy they come back.
I would vote for this book because it gives great information that a lot of animals are tortured in captivity.You sould read this book!! Did you know that elephants can get foot infection if they don't move. In second place I would vote for Reading the Bones because it helps you deal a ploblem like peggy. In third place I would vote for the old man and the Otter medicicne because it is a good book.
